He spent 12 years at Mohawk Industries helping grow markets across North America, Australia, and New Zealand. After leaving Mohawk, Tony launched a marketing agency focused on Facebook and Google ads for flooring and home service businesses. While lead volume was strong, he uncovered a common industry issue: businesses weren’t losing because of poor marketing, but because they lacked systems to manage and convert leads.
To solve this, Tony built an internal lead management and appointment-setting team for his clients, delivering immediate improvements in close rates, ad efficiency, and revenue predictability. That success led to the creation of The Booked Pro.
