Answer a few questions about your business and we'll estimate your current lead management performance, your potential revenue gap, your recommended Level of Lead Management, your estimated investment, and your potential return.
This helps us benchmark your numbers against businesses like yours.
Count every new person who contacts your business because they're interested in your product or service — name, phone number, and interest in a service. Include calls, form fills, Google/Facebook leads, walk-ins, referrals, and repeat-customer inquiries for new work. Don't count vendor calls, solicitations, or existing project communication.
A qualified booked appointment is a real sales opportunity scheduled onto your calendar — a homeowner or decision-maker interested in your service who's been scheduled for an estimate, consultation, or sales conversation.
Don't give us a percentage — we'll calculate that for you. We're looking for the actual number of qualified opportunities where your team presented pricing, a proposal, an estimate, or a sales recommendation.
This tells us your close rate. Example: you present 40 estimates in a month, 20 customers hire you — your close rate is 50%. Most companies close between 40–60%. Referral-heavy businesses often close 80%+.
Use whatever time period you know best — last month, last quarter, or the past year. Take total revenue from that period and divide by the number of completed projects. If one unusually large project would skew things, it's reasonable to leave it out.

Every business runs the same lead management system — automated follow-up, missed-call text-back, CRM workflows, and reporting. The difference is who's behind it.
